Do you accept returns?
Yes — unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer free returns?
No. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any tracked service of your choice.

Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. We also recommend sizing up for some of our collections.
Do you offer extended sizing?
Yes — our Extended Sizing range offers fits up to UK 26.

Are your tights made from recycled fibres?
Many of our ranges are crafted from recycled yarns. Product pages specify fibre content.
How should I care for my hosiery?
Hand wash or machine wash in a hosiery bag on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener for longer-lasting elasticity.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
