Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — but we will always communicate delays clearly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen service.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 / Equivalent

• Estimated arrival: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (if applicable).

Lost / Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) before contacting us.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
