Returns Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of hosiery, we can only accept returns on tights, stockings, and hosiery accessories if the item is unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been tried on, worn, or removed from its sealed packaging.

If the hygiene seal is broken, or the product shows signs of stretching, fragrance, make-up, or wear, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@wwselects.co.uk or by using our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
